Uka Uka is the spirit of a witch doctor haunting a wooden mask who assists Dr. Neo Cortex in Skylanders: Imaginators. He is also a guide in a Galaga-type minigame where you can only play as Cortex.
Story
In the Crash Bandicoot franchise, Uka Uka was a powerful witch doctor who was imprisoned by his brother, Aku Aku, after he wanted to conquer the world. After being freed, his spirit was placed inside a mask, not unlike his brother. After encountering Crash in the third game, Uka Uka vowed to destroy him.
Skylanders: Imaginators
Uka Uka assists Dr. Neo Cortex when he performs certain attacks. He primarily blocks attacks from foes, but gains other Abilites when upgraded.
