Twistpick Cyclopses are Cyclopses that carry pickaxes. They attack by spinning in place, then jetting forward to where a red arrow is pointing.

- Twistpick Cyclopses' spinning can be stopped by the following attacks: Dune Bug's Dune Ball, Magna Charge's Polarized Pickup and/or Magneto Ball, Free Ranger's Tornado Vacuum Boost, Slam Bam's Ice Prisons, Grim Creeper's Spook and Destroy, Spy Rise's Spyder Scanner S3 (when fully charged), and Doom Stone's Living Statue and/or Reject and Reflect.
- In concept art, Twistpick Cyclops originally wielded four-pronged ice picks, thick garments of white fur, and boots outfitted with heavy crampons.[1]
