Time Town is the twelfth chapter in Skylanders: Trap Team. It is a secret area where the clock tower controls all of time in Skylands. However, Wolfgang and his group of bird villains arrived and caused a disruption around the town in preparation to use Kaos to travel 10,000 years into the future.
