No Wii or 3Ds[]

Kaos as a Villain Sensei[]
Skylanders' official Facebook page just confirmed Kaos as a pre-order bonus for the starter pack. So I think its safe to say he is a new character to the game. I want to add him into the roster, but I cannot. Why is that? Also, here is proof:
