Skylanders Issue 12 is the season finale of the Skylanders: Trap Team arc in the Skylanders comic series.

Summary

SEASON FINALE! The Trap Team season concludes and the stage is set for Skylanders: Season 2 launching just in time for the new game in October!

The Doom Raiders attempt to take the Skylanders by surprise at their headquarters and defeat them once and for all, but are thwarted by the Minis.
The Minis graduate from the Skylanders Academy and become full-fledged Skylanders.

Sharpfin makes a reference from Skylanders: Swap Force to Tessa on how he doesn't participate in the manual labor.
This is the only comic in the Trap Team series other than The Kaos Trap to take place right before the events of Trap Team; the Minis were already true Skylanders during it and the following comics and after the game the Doom Raiders were put in rehabilitation to become Senseis. Oddly, this issue is the series finale.
