Shoot First, Shoot Later is a Heroic Challenge in Skylanders: Giants, unlocked by Swarm. The objective is to reach and operate a series of cannons to destroy a total of 15 barrels within a time limit of 3 minutes. There are a total of four cannons that must be used in sequence to complete the challenge.
Unlike most cannons in the game, the ones featured in this challenge can be aimed left and right before firing, allowing for more precise shots. The challenge is linear in design, with the Skylander progressing from one cannon to the next via teleporters.
As the challenge progresses, later cannon sections introduce an additional obstacle in the form of giant rocks that periodically fly through the air and can block cannon shots, requiring careful timing to avoid wasting time.
