Crawling Catacombs is a level infested with Spiders. At first you are accompanied by T-Bone, but soon have to get the Skull Mask on your own when T-Bone runs off.

- Located in the Chamber of Eyes area. There's a room with lots of moving blocks, and you need to carry a bomb across the top of these blocks.

- The 1st and 2nd treasure chests are in the Chamber of Eyes area.
- The 3rd treasure chest is in The Skittering Dark area. From in front of the double-locked doors carry a bomb and go in a south-east direction.
