Clam Bunkers are turrets on gigantic clam buildings, that were built atop islands by the Trolls to steal the rare eggs from the Flamencoles to feed to the Pterashark. The Clam Bunkers are used to keep the Flamencoles in place by shooting them with missiles and to store the stolen Flamencole eggs inside. The Sky Vehicle mission involves taking down the Clam Bunkers to save the rare eggs of the Flamencoles. They shoot out four missiles, the missiles can merge form an larger missile if close to the Vehicle of the Skylander. Some Clam Bunkers are surrounded by an fleet from up to 4 Kaos Cruisers. If an Kaos Cruiser is taken out, its Clam Bunker will send an new one. All Kaos Cruisers will be defeated if their Clam Bunker is taken out.
